Delivery and Returns of Physical Products:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Intuifish shall not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and Refunds:
If you are not fully satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Product Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our physical products. In the event of any manufacturing defects or issues with the product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Our team will work diligently to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement, arrange for repairs, or issue a full refund. We warranty our products for 12-months from date of purchase. Intuifish Ltd reserve the right to determine the appropriate course of action with regards to replacement, repair or refund depending on the issue identified, replacement availability and other influencing factors. Any refund given, will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Digital Subscription Products:
Subscription Terms:
When you subscribe to our digital products, you gain access to specific features and content for the duration of your subscription period. The subscription period will be clearly specified during the checkout process, and you will have the option to renew your subscription at the end of each term. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal. However, please note that canceling a subscription will result in the termination of access to digital content and features at the end of the current subscription term.
Data Backup:
As part of our digital subscription services, we take rigorous measures to prevent data loss, including regular secure backups of information submitted into these digital systems. Therefore, it is advisable to maintain your backups of critical data to ensure continuity and safeguard your information. In particular, our whole site is backed up daily, and your data also backed up externally to our own system. In the event of a total loss, of our entire site and our contents we may only be able to return your data, in an alternative format (eg. .csv .xlsx) and note we may be able to return images uploaded to our systems. Customers of our stock management system, will receive emails for all weight submissions and where images were submitted these will be attached to the emails, we suggest these are kept safe as back-ups. Furthermore, our digital products are not designed to hold details that fall within the scope of GDPR, subsequently due to the nature of the databases, tech-savvy users may be able to view data of other fisheries, we ask you consider the information uploaded to these systems carefully.
